50 Years of Godly Service (1976–2026)
Brahma Kumaris Palakkad has reached a landmark milestone of
50 years of Godly service across Palakkad and Malappuram districts.
As we prepare to celebrate the Golden Jubilee on 26th January 2026,
we humbly look back at our divine journey that began in 1976 and blossomed
into a network of vibrant service centres.
When we reflect on these five decades of Ishwariya service,
the expansion of services in these two districts can be seen in
three main phases.
During this period, many divine souls who received Godly knowledge from
different parts of India and abroad returned to their native villages
in Palakkad and began sharing gyan with family and well-wishers.
Mrs. Valsala Balakrishnan opened a BK Pathshala in 1976 as per the
directions of Rosy Behenji. Her home became a satsang space for nearly
20 years of tireless service.
Services initiated by Shankarankutty Bhai,
leading to BK Devaki Sister surrendering to yagya.
Services began through Ramasethu Bhai with daily satsangs
in devotees’ homes.
Expansion to Thattamangalam, Ottapalam, Shoranur and Arangottukara
through dedicated BK souls.
Harihara Iyer & Subalakshmi Mataji dedicated
their home “Shanti Sarovaram” entirely for Baba’s service.
Official Palakkad Service Centre inaugurated at Ram Kripa
by Respected Rajayogini Kamal Sundari Dadiji.
Year-long Rath Yatra blessed by Respected Sivakanya Ji,
instrumental in opening new centres.
Multiple centres established across Palakkad and Malappuram districts.
Bhoomi Pooja and inauguration of Shivajyothibhavan,
culminating with Respected Gulzar Dadiji.
One Billion Minutes, Bike Rallies, Media Services,
exhibitions and awareness campaigns.
Expansion to multiple new centres and service homes.
